The Atlas Filter Company has been manufacturing up-flow pre-coat tubular filter systems for over 55 years which have been patented internationally.  Our filter's can effectively be used for both fresh and salt water.  We were responsible for the replacement filtration system for the Olympic Aquatic Center at Homebush, Sydney Australia for the 2000 Olympic Games and recently completed the filtration system for the state-of-the-art Australian Institute of Sport's new aquatic training center in Canberra Australia, which has been acclaimed as the finest aquatic training center in the world today.

We are also responsible for the crystal clear water that you will find at Ushaka Marine World(Durban, South Africa), Palace of the Lost City,Jumeirah Beach Hotel(Dubai), Sea Point Aquatic Center(Cape Town, South Africa), Ellis Park(Johannesburg, South Africa),  the indoor Kings Park Olympic Swimming and Diving Pools(Durban, South Africa) and St. Peters College Indoor Training and Competition Pools(Johannesburg, South Africa), to name a few

Our experience is reflected through quality, performance and reputation we can be illustrated through the awards which we have won, they include the SABS Design Award, the 9th International Trophy for Technology and Global Quality Management Award.

2000 Olympics
